In November of 2023, a house became available on the market that I felt we would regret if we didn’t take a look. I knew we wanted to have another child, and the house for sale checked a lot of boxes that our previous home didn’t. 

By December… we had sold our house and closed on this house. It happened really fast! But we’ve now been in this house for six months, and I haven’t regretted our choice once.
