Casually Chic Spring 2015 OOTD || TSD Lookbook Chapter VII
After what I have to affirmatively say was the coldest winter the Northeast experienced, I have been in desperate need of sunshine! The weather gods finally answered this longing and graced us with absolutely beautiful weather this past weekend. My family decided to take a trip to Washington DC to visit my sister, who goes to college down there and as well as see the Cherry Blossoms for my mom’s birthday. It was a fantastic weekend. I finally got to spend some quality time with my family and experience all that Washington DC has to offer. We were able to attend the Global Citizen Concert and also watch Bhangra Blowout XXII (for all my Desis out there!). All in all it was a great weekend.
I decided I should share what I wore while adventuring out in DC. My outfit was comfortable yet stylish, which is a key to adventures in the spring and summer times. I paired a striped pencil skirt with a simple black tank, topped with: a white kimono top,a statement necklace, a big handbag, some fabulous sunnies, and finished the look off with converse sneakers.
Hope you guys enjoyed this OOTD!
